We are currently shipping only to Australia. 


SHIPPING COSTS

OH HONEY! Boutique we offer free shipping within Australia - Standard Parcel Post only.

Same day delivery and other options occur fees and it will be charged at the checkout. 
Same day delivery includes a fee of $25 - Brisbane only.



PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

All orders received during normal business hours between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday are processed for shipment within 24 hours. Most metropolitan deliveries will arrive next day when the order is received prior to midday AEST, on business days. For regional deliveries please allow an extra 3-4 business days.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at customerservice@ohhoney.com.au

During sale periods we will endeavor to commit to our normal delivery times, however, some deliveries may take 1-2 days longer.

In the case of any delay to processing times, you will be notified by email.


SHIPPING COURIER

For shipping within Australia, we use Australia Express Post and it's free!. Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel clicking on the link provided in the email.

All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended. We recommend providing a business address where possible, or another address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

Please note we cannot deliver to PO box or Parcel Locker addresses. Orders to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses may be subject to cancellation.

Please note, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one delivery. This will be indicated by multiple tracking numbers on your shipping confirmation email.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

For residents in Brisbane, our online store offers a limited same-day delivery service on request. 

Where items are immediately available for delivery, we can provide the same day courier delivery service to you. In order to use this service, please:

Send an email to customerservice@ohhoney.com.au immediately after finalizing your purchase at the online store (quoting your order number); request same day delivery availability. Upon receipt of your email request, we will immediately contact you by email and advise you on whether your item(s) are available for same-day delivery.

Same day delivery is only available on orders and email requests received between 12:00 am AEST and 1:00 pm AEST each weekday. An additional fee of $25.00 will apply.

All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended. If your order is unable to be delivered, a redirection fee may apply.

While we use our best endeavors to fulfill this service it is not always possible given your location and the location of the requested items.


ITEM AVAILABILITY

Because stock quantities are not updated in real time, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.


CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If you require any changes to your order including incorrect address details and sizing, please contact us immediately at customerservice@ohhoney.com.au to ensure adjustments can be applied.

If your order has already been processed, OH, HONEY! Boutique accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However, our usual returns process is available.

Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. In the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.

OH, HONEY! Boutique reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.


SALES

Sale only includes select styles and excludes all new season collections. Sale prices are valid in Australian only and online. OH, HONEY! Boutique online does not offer sale price adjustments or any form of price matching.
